  17. When User Manager starts on a domain controller, instead of focusing
  18. on the current domain, it focuses on the machine name.
  19.  
  20. CAUSE
  21. =====
  22.  
  23. User Manager is in the Startup group in Program Manager. Because it
  24. takes some time for Netlogon services to start, User Manager is
  25. started before the network is running. With only the machine name
  26. available and the domain not up yet, User Manager can only focus on
  27. the machine.

  29. RESOLUTION
  30. ==========

  32. Do not automatically start User Manager by putting it in the Startup
  33. group. Start User Manager a little after booting the domain controller.
